IMPORTANT: These Terms contain provisions that limit our liability to you and require you to resolve disputes with us through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in a class action.

The Service provides AI-powered SEO tools including keyword research, backlink analysis, SERP data, Google Trends analysis, and AI-assisted job processing. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service dependencies may cause service interruptions.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers: FREE (waitlist), PLUS, PRO, MAX, and ADMIN. Features, usage limits, and pricing vary by tier and are subject to change.
Free trials and promotional offers are subject to additional terms. We reserve the right to modify or terminate such offers at any time without liability.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, unused features, or early cancellation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
SEO data (keywords, backlinks, SERP results, trends) is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms and licenses. You agree not to redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit such data outside the scope permitted by your subscription.
Your use of the Service is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription tier. Excessive usage may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or additional charges. We reserve the right to implement and modify rate limits at our discretion.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
DATA LOSS DISCLAIMER: While we implement industry-standard security and backup practices, we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.
The Service integrates with third-party services including authentication providers, SEO data APIs, AI model providers, and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNO AI INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at golchin@gavix.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith for at least 60 days.
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in a class action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to a jury trial.
YOU AND JUNO AI INC. AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for disputes involving intellectual property rights or confidential information.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JUNO AI INC. regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service provider failures.
